Wellness coaching provides an environment where it is safe to release emotions, re-evaluate your life, confront fears, deal with hard decisions and make meaningful choices that benefit your general wellbeing.
In my work, I use psychology based coaching techniques, mindfulness practices and guided imagery and visualization tools for therapeutic change. Combination of these techniques supports my client’s journey to releasing old patterns and emotions that no longer serve them.
In the coaching work, we replace these old patterns and beliefs with new, life-affirming and empowering thoughts and practices. These learnt practices can be continually used after we finish our coaching relationship for continuous improvement.
After working with me, my clients report feeling more comfortable around food and in their bodies. More confident, empowered and resilient in general, as well as much more at peace and calm in situations that previously would cause them stress and loss of confidence. Improved relationships with spouse and family are often a side effect of all previously mentioned improvement.
