About the speaker:

Zane Zabere is a wellness coach specializing in eating disorder recovery coaching.

Zane knows first-hand how difficult the struggle with disordered eating and negative body image can be as well as how to overcome it.

“My struggle with disordered eating started in my early teens. It took me many years to find freedom from this dis-ease. There was little knowledge on disordered eating in my home country at that time, so most of the work I had to do myself. Eventually I found my way back to health and self-acceptance. Throughout this journey I developed interest in the field of wellness and eating disorders. I achieved a degree in clinical psychology, specializing in eating disorders and nutrition and began working in the field of health and wellness. With my personal experience, education and clinical work experience, I have gathered unique knowledge on regaining health and wellness after struggling with problematic eating, negative body image and even anxiety and depression. In this lecture I’m going to share the top 5 things that helped me on this journey. You’ll leave the lecture knowing many new, easy to use, tools to incorporate in your daily routine to make your life more peaceful and happier.” – Zane Zabere
