Coaching provides an environment where it is safe to release emotions, re-evaluate your life, confront fears, deal with hard decisions and make meaningful choices that benefit your general wellbeing.
In my work, I use psychology based coaching techniques, mindfulness practices and guided imagery and visualization tools for therapeutic change.  Combination of these techniques supports my client’s journey to releasing old patterns and emotions that no longer serve them. In the coaching work, we replace these old patterns and beliefs with new, life-affirming and empowering thoughts and practices. These learnt practices can be continually used after we finish our coaching relationship for continuous improvement.
After working with me, my clients report feeling more comfortable around food and in their bodies. More confident, empowered and resilient in general, as well as much more at peace and calm in situations that previously would cause them stress and loss of confidence. Improved relationships with spouse and family are often a side effect of all previously mentioned improvement.

Zane’s coaching helped me reconnect with my body and understand that if the body is asking for a specific food, it’s because he needs it so it’s okay to have it. Working with Zane helped me stop the extreme eating - not eating enough or eating too much. It’s hard to break old habits and make changes, but because of Zane’s coaching, I was able to do it and changed for the best. Zane helped me not only to improve my relationship with food but also improve my sleep quality, which has helped me to normalize my appetite and deal better with stress. During our sessions, Zane suggested useful literature for me to read at home. This helped me understand my body signals and my relationships with food even better.
Zane speaks with enthusiasm, she inspires and gives you the belief that you are capable of achieving everything you set out to do. You can feel that she cares for her clients deeply.
